TN Visa
TN-1 visas are a benefit derived from the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) treaty, and are issued to Canadian and Mexican citizens. TN visas are only available to workers who fall into one of a pre-set list of occupations determined by the NAFTA treaty. There are specific eligibility requirements for the TN Visa.
